So a few of us decided to stop fixing other people’s platforms and build our own.
We knew Amazon Connect had power. It just needed the right front end – one that made sense to real teams, didn’t overload agents, and didn’t need a manual to operate.
Rocket is everything we wished existed when we were on the inside: fast to deploy, easy to use, and built with people in mind (not just process flows).
