Who We Are

We’d spent years building contact centre solutions for other companies – solving the same problems over and over with tools that never quite fit.

So a few of us decided to stop fixing other people’s platforms and build our own.

We knew Amazon Connect had power. It just needed the right front end – one that made sense to real teams, didn’t overload agents, and didn’t need a manual to operate.

Rocket is everything we wished existed when we were on the inside: fast to deploy, easy to use, and built with people in mind (not just process flows).

Not a grand vision. Just a better way of doing the job.

After years in the thick of contact centres, we stopped waiting for the perfect platform and built the one we wished we had. Rocket strips out the noise, connects the right tools and actually makes agents’ lives easier. It’s practical, scalable and doesn’t need a 40-page training doc.

The Fixes Were Always Temporary

We kept solving the same problems with workarounds and duct tape.

Tools didn’t talk to each other – so agents had to Critical info lived in five places and none of them were helpful.

The Tech Ignored the People Using It

Most platforms were built for process maps, not real teams.


Agents were overwhelmed, supervisors under-informed Features looked great on paper but gathered dust in practice

We Wanted Less Noise, Not More Features

Too many systems were bloated, slow and expensive to change.


Updates broke things, training was endless We wanted something you could use in a day, not decipher in a week
